A leading authority in the UK on no dig gardening, she has grown her own for over three decades and worked as a professional no dig kitchen gardener for over 15 years.
Stephanie is a small scale homesteader, using her self sufficiency skills, homegrown and foraged plants to create delicious seasonal meals, drinks, body care products, herbal remedies, preserves, homecare products and natural dyes.
Stephanie has always enjoyed being outside in nature. Known for her practical, informative, friendly and down to earth gardening, she started to learn how to grow food year round whilst raising three children on her own, on a very low income. Naturally thrifty and resourceful, she explores and develops ways of growing, cooking and making products for the home whilst spending as little money as possible.

Growing some of your own food is a wonderful cost efficient way to add delicious nutrient-rich ingredients to your diet, learn new skills and have fun. In this day course Stephanie shares her years of expert knowledge and incredibly productive no dig garden, started on March 31st 2021, to show how you can grow your own year round, affordably and in harmony with nature, whatever size space you have.
The course is located at her half acre homestead in Ceredigion, Wales – which was created entirely by Stephanie, using no dig methods and on a limited budget.

Rules
