Warm Berry Compote

Whether you start off the day or finish an evening meal with this delicious fruity dish, you will enjoy the 'fruits' of your growing labour!

Pick your berries and cherries for this sweet and sticky treat, you can add nuts, seeds or oats.

  • 250g Berries, halved (suggest raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 400g Greek Yoghurt or cream
  • Nuts, seeds or oats to garnish.


Please note that our recipes are an approximate guideline - Quantities along with ingredients are totally adaptable to suit personal taste, consistency and density as well as portion sizes.


1. Warm gently your fruit in a pan with a small amount of water until your fruit is soft with a sticky syrup but fruits largely intact. Add water gradually if required but steadily so it's not too runny.

2. Serve with your chosen toppings or allow to cool for a cold dessert.
