A good earthy soup packed with nutrition!

1. Heat gently the butter, mushrooms, and onion in a saucepan for a few minutes until tender.
2. Stir in the flour, seasoning and also the stock.
3. Bring to the boil and then simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
4. Stir in the cream, and serve with a little garnish if you wish.
