Peel and cut the celeriac into 1-1.5cm chunks (chip shaped)
Par boil for 10-15 mins
Dry off and season with salt and pepper, some like to use spices or herbs - that's optional
Drizzle over some olive oil
Cook on 220 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
