The AQUAbox Spyder provides an innovative, self-watering solution perfect for "Grow Your Own" enthusiasts. It requires no mains water supply, pumps, or timers. Simply connect it to an existing water barrel, and it will automatically irrigate up to 1.2 square meters. Installed directly into the ground, the AQUAbox Spyder is suitable for both traditional garden beds and the increasingly popular raised beds. Capillary wicks extend from the unit, distributing water beneath the soil across the covered area.

Powered by the AQUAvalve, the AQUAbox Spyder efficiently draws water from a barrel or tank as needed, ensuring optimal water usage. Plant roots naturally grow towards the moisture source, anchoring to the capillary wicks below the surface. For best performance, the wicks should be replaced each growing season.

You can expand your watering system by connecting multiple AQUAbox Spyders to a single water barrel using available extension kits.

The kit includes 2 meters of 9mm pipe and a reducing connector with a built-in filter, allowing for easy attachment to a water barrel tap using a standard garden hose (not included). A built-in spirit level ensures the unit is positioned evenly in the ground.
