Hello, We seem to have a problem which we are hoping someone can help us with. We have just discovered all these things (cocoons?) on the underside of all the leaf's on two of all garden plants. They have all the appearance dry maggots skins. Can anyone advise us as to what they are and how we should be able get rid of them.Bob Lester
