Greek Style Potatoes

A lovely Mediterranean accompaniment to our Greek Stifado

  • Greek Potatoes


  • Peeled potatoes, chopped into quarters
  • Tablespoon of olive oil
  • A cup of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Thyme fresh or ground
  • Lemon juice
  • Rosemary fresh or ground
  • Chicken stock or 2 chicken stock cubes
  • Black pepper

Please note that our recipes are an approximate guideline - Quantities along with ingredients are totally adaptable to suit personal taste, consistency and density as well as portion sizes.


Pre-heat the oven to 180c

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl 

Place the potatoes on a baking tray and pour over the mixture

Cover the tray with foil and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until tender but firm.
